I recently had oral surgery, and I was looking for a practical way to soothe the swelling and discomfort around my jaw and cheeks. When I tried the ZNÖCUETÖD Face Ice Mask, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and ease, it was so much easier then holding ice packs to my face. Right out of the freezer, the soft gel beads molded comfortably to my face, providing gentle but effective cold therapy that eased the puffiness and post-surgical tenderness almost immediately. The adjustable elastic strap meant it stayed in place without feeling restrictive, which made it easy to wear while resting or reading in bed. What I particularly appreciated was the mask’s versatility. Besides using it for cold compression to calm post-surgery inflammation, I could also heat it briefly in the microwave to relieve muscle tension around my jaw, which can become stiff after procedures like tooth extractions. The full-face coverage allowed me to target multiple areas—cheeks, jaw, nose bridge, and even under the eyes—without needing separate packs, which was extremely convenient during recovery. Since my oral surgery, I found myself using it multiple times daily. The cold therapy helped reduce noticeable swelling and made it easier to speak, eat, and sleep comfortably. Later, as the tissue soreness eased, the warm compress function was unexpectedly soothing and relaxing, almost like a mini spa treatment for my jaw and facial muscles.

This is a great cooling mask, but always use a linen napkin to keep coldness at bay.

I just received this product today July 14, 2025. I haven't used it yet, as my dental surgery isn't until July 27th. But, I wanted to say I tried it on and it's perfect for the smaller face. I was looking at all of the other face masks and kept reading that other were too large for their faces. I have a smaller than average face and this one fits perfect. My husband busted out laughing when I walked into the room wearing it. He said he wouldn't kiss me while wearing the mask. LOL.I may update this review after dental surgery and let y'all know how it helps for pain.

This mask is great. It not only helps with puffiness, but it helps with my allergy headaches. I only I used it one time so far. And it was amazing. If you suffer puffy eyes or face or allergy headaches, get one
