While the first few times it worked great and easily cooled down the coffee in record time, just from basic use it failed. Directions say...."leave in freezer for AT LEAST 12 hours and you will be able to make ONE 12 ounce iced coffee.....if you dont spill it all over.....if you want more than 12 ounces, that's just too bad. in the hyper chiller defense, after I poured the hot coffee in to the hyper chiller I let it sit for about five minutes and when I came back it was "chilled". I made a pot of French press coffee this morning and poured it in right after brewing. I forgot to swirl initially so gave it 90 seconds then poured it into my cup with ice. It was super cold and did not cause the ice to melt at all!
