Best Bang for Buck, Fantastic Customer Service, Reliable.
I purchased a 850w psu Back in February 2024. Last night (9/3/2025) My computer started making noise, almost like air in a line followed by grinding and chirping and now just grinding while playing any game. then, my computer would shut off but only the rgb on my ram sticks were on and the rgb on my mb. i flipped the power switch off then on. long story short if i don't play any games my computer wont shutdown. i explained this and more to Apevia and within 12 hours they responded asking for order receipt, take two pics of the power supply for some info and had a replacement shipped to me WITHIN 12 HOURS. Plus i get to keep my original psu. im a auto mechanic and i use psu to test and run certain equipment or just simply make a homemade radio. there's a lot of psu and brands in the computer market but let me say this, i was expecting trouble or hardship to get some warranty or maybe a credit at most but not these guys. Quality of the psu itself is great, i think the fan is the root cause so if i get a spar fan then now i have two psu. its also very easy to install and i have a mid tower with a full size atx board with a aio and a 4070s. this psu has plenty of power to for my application. very modular to i should add. cable management isnt always fun but this psu made it easy. comes with all the cords & cables you'll need. Thanks Again Aprevia! Gained a New lifetime customer

High quality for the current low price
I purchased this product 13 months ago. It's been a beast running my gamming PC. But it died, unexpectedly. I contacted Apevia and told them what happened. After providing original in voice from Amazon along with picture of data plate and SN Apevia sent me a replacement within a couple day, honoring their warranty. They were great. buyer tip: Make sure you get a 80+Gold cert PSU they have 3 year warranties. Anything less and it on ly has a 1yr warranty

Great product!
Power Supply Review: Performance, Features, and Value This power supply distinguishes itself with exceptionally low noise levels, maintaining quiet operation even under significant demand. Its aesthetic is that of a typical power supply unit, blending seamlessly into most system builds. Key Features and Performance A significant value proposition of this unit is the inclusion of extra modular cables, which facilitates connections for various components. This expansive cabling has proven highly beneficial for cable management, simplifying the setup process considerably. The power supply has demonstrated reliable functionality under very heavy loads, indicating robust and consistent performance. Overall Assessment Given its quiet operation, generous cable accessories, and strong performance under demanding conditions, this power supply offers excellent value.

Great power supply, Great price!
I bought this APEVIA PSU to replace my previous PSU (also an APEVIA unit) which died by a mistake made when building the computer originally, and the need for additional peripheral power, that took a full 5 years to manifest to the point (it was installed upside down) that it finally killed that original Apevia unit dead. Needless to say, definite high marks to Apevia for making a seriously rugged PSU that can hang from excessive heat buildup!! I'm sold! This unit, correctly installed this time btw, works just great, and is whisper quiet along with giving me enough extra power above the computer's needs, to run a bank of USB 3.0 ports w/card reader and charge my wireless headphones, phone, and bluetooth speaker(s) (not all at once though!) in addition to its main job of computer power. Will likely stay with this brand going forward with future computer builds and upgrades.

Garbage lasted 20 days at 500w draw .-.
Bought this power supply with high hopes then yesterday I hit the power button to turn on my PC and this is what I get after about 8 hours of switching out parts like the GPU, ram, reseating components tearing out about 75 zipties of the all 10 fans and argb cords to try to find a short I got no farther luckily I had a friend with an EVGA power supply laying around swapped it and voila PC works perfectly as before I thought the psu might have been an issue from the beginning there were once or twice where PC shut down mid game but I read something where I should have the aio on the top and the hoses below the CPU pump cooler to reduce air bubbles staying over the CPU so I thought the CPU had over heated and moved the hoses around and it was good for about a week until this happened to me yesterday I searched if this brand was reputable after I fixed my problem with the new psu and I found a website on reddit where companies are supposed to submit there data from testing I.E. the 80 plus gold rating and the brand apevia has not submitted any data meaning this psu could very well be much lower then 80% with a gold rating I would guess more like 65% bronze it's been only 20 days and it's crapped out for reference I built this PC to upgrade my old pc and have bought everything but the graphics card cause my friend told me about how the 4060ti sales were much lower then anticipated and then they released the 16gb version for 70 dollars more so my friend was very mad he's stuck with the 8gb and that it may happen with the 4070 ti I was planning on buying cause why would there 4070ti have 12gb of vram and the 4060ti have 16gb that doesn't make sense so I've waited to see and am still running my old Asus 1070 turbo GPU so the total draw power right now is about 450watts to 500watts and this 850watt psu has crapped out in just 20 days of light use cause I also work and have a 2 year old so I don't even play everyday and when I do it's for 2-3 hours ._. very disappointed to say the least.

Needed something for the interim until a PSU came back into stock. This fit the bill for the time being without spending too much. Under full load it is very loud when running furmark with an XFX 6800XT. There's also quite a bit of coil whine. It is 80 plus gold certified as per the website but as far as the components are concerned, time will only tell.

Positive: Works as supposed to. Negative: Had a ding in it but might have happened in transit.

It works and is nice and quiet I took one star off because I think it could have had one more plug in wire with the SATA power connectors I also got the power supply big enough that I will not go over 60% load It came with plug in wire for older Ida drives so it will work with older systems
