The lamps are well made and seem quite robust - and complete with mains plug and convenient in line switch.I'm using these for creating cyanotype images and although they are quoted as being 395nm (rather than the ideal 265nm for this type of image) they have worked fine on my projects.If any one is interested - Single lamp - 8 mins exposure - at 45cm distance - easily covering an A4 sheet.Very pleased with the lamps - great value.

Item itself is ok but usb lead poor quality and broke after 5 uses, now I cannot use the lamp, the have not replied from their customer support....UPDATE- after writing that I got a new lead from a local shop only to find the unit itself is now broken, no reply from the company and supposed warranty/support, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING PEOPLE AND TERRIBLE PRODUCT

OK so I have no way of knowing if it really is 30W as I don't have a lux meter, let alone a UV one but it seems pretty bright and is going to be great for our neon theme birthday party!Comes well packaged with foam to protect the glass and a small lawn spike. There is an inline power switch and a cable connector close to the plug head - I presume in case you decide to hard wire it in?If it lets me down in any way I will come back and edit this review.
