Wonderful product. So effective in easing sciatica pain . Easy to use. Just stick it underneath your clothing (not to skin). The product states that it says warm up to 12 hours, I had one on for 16 hours and was still warm. Absolutely brilliant value for money. Will very buy again when I run out.

Really quick to warm up. Can stick on a layer of clothing and offers enough heat to warm you up fully.

These somehow peeled my skin off and left an open blister - not because of the heat (which lasted) but I think the sheer sticking power. Be careful.

Ich bin wirklich begeistert von diesen Thermopads. Die Wärme entwickelt sich schnell und hält erstaunlich lange an, bis zu 12 Stunden angenehm und gleichmäßig. Gerade an kalten Tagen oder bei Rückenverspannungen ist das extrem wohltuend und entspannend. Die Anwendung ist total unkompliziert. Auspacken, anbringen und schon spürt man die angenehme Wärme. Besonders nach einem langen Arbeitstag oder viel Sitzen am Schreibtisch tut das dem Rücken richtig gut. Man merkt deutlich, wie sich die Muskulatur entspannt. Auch die Größe ist gut gewählt. Das Pad deckt den Rücken ausreichend ab und verrutscht nicht. Es ist bequem zu tragen und stört weder unter der Kleidung noch bei Bewegung. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis finde ich absolut fair. Insgesamt ein sehr überzeugendes Produkt, das genau das hält, was es verspricht. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen und kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Fünf Sterne von mir.

Prodotto valido per le lunghe escursioni invernali. Inizia a scaldare dopo 10-15 min, ma poi genera una buna temperatura...non 50 gradi, ma almeno 40. Dura 6-7 ore all'esterno. Possibile utilizzo anche come cerotto riscaldante per dolori, ma da apporre sopra una maglietta, non a contatto con la pelle. Consigliato

Doet wat het belooft. Lekkere warmte, duurt hele dag.

Not sure why you would use this instead of heating pad except it is mobile, but if you really can't use directly on skin-but over clothes seems limited in utility.
