As an experienced pepper grower consumer, this sauce is right on point. A little goes a long way. The flavor is good, and mixes with a variety of foods. Heat was good and I could enjoy my food. Not disappointed in this purchase.

This stuff is great! Taste is perfect, dead on fresh ghost peppers. Maybe not as much heat but still good. From what I can tell, they did not use the seeds to make the mash. This would explain the lack of heat. Over all, this stuff makes a great ingredient to add some quick heat to any dish. I personally recommend adding it to beef jerky marinade for some jerky with an actual kick.

I have to say, I was skeptical getting something besides fresh peppers for the first time. But this stuff more than delivers on flavor, freshness, and bang for your buck. Right out of the package we used just a tablespoon of this in a whole pot of curry and oh man, it was so amazing. Wonderfully spicy, smokey and tasted nothing but like we threw in a couple fresh chopped peppers. Highly recommend

Sadly, the jars I received tasted like they had a mountain of salt in them, to the extent that I tasted salt and spice, but no other flavor. Love ghost peppers, so this product was a little disappointing. The description lists salt as a "pinch", but it tasted a bit heavier than that. I ended up using it in a spicy dill and spicy teriyaki marinades and just omitted all other salts. Worked well for me.

This is not a dip sauce. It will make your mouth sizzle, but it’s great on top of hummus or cottage cheese.

I got this to make ghost pepper ranch dressing for my taco salads. It's great! Add more if you like a lot of heat and less if not. Mixed with ranch dressing, it also works well for dipping chicken nuggets.
