This is my third Ann Chery waist trainer, and I swear by this brand. It’s the only one I buy when I want something reliable and actually effective. I got a size small — it’s snug in the best way and gives me room to keep using it for years without needing to size down. The 100% natural latex makes a huge difference, which is why I always come back to this brand. It shapes my waist evenly without forcing, bulging, or squeezing random areas, it works exactly the way a quality waist trainer should. My waist already has a nice shape, and this just enhances it even more. Totally worth the higher price point. 10/10.

For one, this cincher is definitely true to size according to the chart - XXL. I'm 5'5" 185lb, waist 35 (side bend waist) and my weight evenly distributed so big hips, butt, thighs,and 36DDDs. Usually, I'm a size 14/16 bottoms and tops L - XL. I LOVE the length. This sucker goes right down to cover the mommy apron. Yay! All the others I've tried have given me the reverse muffin effect by pushing things down to make that area look worse. Ack. Because it IS true to size. All I had to do was suck things in and I could start hooking. No need to lay down and struggle for 20 min to get each hook done. This is a plus overall for a first time trainer. BUT it worries me that it's technically too big for actual training. I *could* see the mommy apron fold underneath so it's definitely not as tight in that area as it could be. But hell, I can sit down at my desk in it and not feel it dig into the my lower belly. It's definitely snug enough under the bust and in the waist. No slouching here. Adjustable straps are awesome and there's no digging in on the back folds as the strapless ones tend to do. If you have narrow shoulders, the straps could be a bit too wide - at least at this size. The girls however are laid out as if on a shelf. LOL. Better than sagging I suppose. I'm keeping it as a noob friendly trainer. It'll improve my posture, cinch me in under thicker clothing and hopefully I'll move to the second hooks in a few weeks. Then I'll order a size down. Latex smell is minimal compared to some of the other ones that leave the latex scent on your hands. I *am* wearing with a tank underneath as I have sensitive skin. Will update with durability review once I've had it for a couple of months.

I am a size 10 woman, 5'7", muscular and weigh 170lbs. I ordered large. Was very difficult to get into at first, had to lay on floor to close the first set of metal clamps. Fit extremely snug, but now- 6 wears later feels more comfy and I can keep it on for about 4 hours per day. Everyone has complimented me on how great I look in my clothes and it seems to be slimming my waist down a little bit. I have even worn it to the gym with very little discomfort. I wish they'd make something for the upper body arm fat or have this piece come up more under the bra strap fat to slim that area down too. Otherwise, very good quality for the money.

Okay ladies. I purchased this over the weekend. I learned a valuable lesson on paying attention to details when attempting to put this thing on yesterday. So I get it out of the package and notice the quality right off hand. Very well made. It was early in the morning and I was in a rush, so I did not examine it very well. Ladies please note the latex goes on the OUTSIDE of this garment. I did not catch that little detail, and it took me 45 minutes to suit myself up. That latex clung to every ounce of my skin and would not let go. Laying down, rolling from side to side, I felt like a whale, or perhaps Ed Gein in a body suit. I am fairly certain I shifted internal organs. I lasted about 6 hours. This morning, as I’m looking at this piece laying on my chair, I notice a tag. On the cloth side. How lovely for me. I ordered an XL. When worn properly, it snatches me back to my pre-child body. When worn incorrectly, it still snatches but you definitely feel like you’re wearing a high school body.

The product appears to be made from a good material , it did arrive smelling a little bit like rubber but it is a latex vest so that is expected. I will say I am 5'6 and it is an excellent length for my long torso, and I really liked that !! I got the vest because I did not want something rolling up on me and I thought this would make a difference since my Squeem vest I purchased in the past did not roll up. My issue with this product was that it was simply too large. My waist measures 24 inches and based on previous reviews stating to order up, I still went with the smallest size possible, 30 and it does not fit tight at all. There are even large gaps//rolls in the back where it bulges from the space I am not filling. I did have to suck in to put it on , but it was easy to put on both rows, without help , without a struggle. I will say I immediately felt some type of light support since my posture is not the greatest. I know I am small so hopefully I can find a product that fits tight enough eventually. I wanted something for daily wear as well as working out that will both help me sweat thermally, as well as sculpt, which will not happen if it is too big. This is my third Ann Cherry product and I am obsessed with the great quality of this item. It snatches everything in and with some wear, it molds to your body without losing any shape. Fast shipping was also great.

Very, very happy with this purchase. Very well made, really. Couldn't be happier. It's what I expected and more. Only thing I wish is maybe another row of hooks :) lol And speaking of hooks, these ones are on there good, very well made. I had bought a waist trainer before and had hooks come off just from the tension. Not these one no way! Love love it!

Fits a little smaller than I thought but I'm still able to get the first row done up. I like the look of it. Very fast shipping! Came a day earlier than expected.

I love this item, is perfect and made extremely well. Please check sizing chart to Guatemala your size, thier description of your size is not right. I got into a large even tho the chart recommend xxl
