I received the product on 23rd May 2025. It was a two unit order. From 23rd. till last night i used the first unit. Today morning it showed that the product is expired. Though it is supposed to be working for 14 days, I removed the first unit and applied the second unit. But it is not working. I got message which I have attached the screenshot herewith. When I contacted Amazon, they informed that, since it is more than seven days, product cant be replaced. Please let me know what action should I take.

Its really a very good product, use it the right way , Place it in the right place under your arm ,twist and remove the sensor, take the reading in your.smart phone after an hour, put your phone on silent and take the reading ,mostly accurate, best product very handy n useful

It was consistently inaccurate by about -60mg/dl, but Abbot replaced them after providing detailed logs. New replaced sensors were more or less accurate differs by 10-20. That's fine. Also, Glimp a third party app is much more useful than the official one.

Sometimes the reading are fluctuating… overall a good product

I have purchased the product and installed it in the night before going to sleep, and instead of sensor ending after 14 days, it ended within 6 hours (after I woke up next day).

This is an essential part of my mother’s daily routine - easy to use, accurate readings, connectivity is really good, and the sugar levels can be detected easily. The product is good, of course. But sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. When it works, it’s really great. When it doesn’t, it’s a major waste of money.

It has replaced my pricking of finger tips.... quite a relief. If only the price would be cheaper
