Cool and functional knife
Beautiful knife and I agree with others that it is hard to close. Hang on, I'm going right now to spray some WD-40 on it. That didn't help. I got a protective cloth and my Channel Locks to close it. If I had to use it for an emergency, the blade comes free easily. Since it's hard to close, I think of designing a sheath for its full length. I hope I never have to use it that way. I did sharpen it and it took on a really nice edge. This is really just a showpiece though still functional. I'll have fun with it slicing meats, cheese, vegs, etc for my guests. But, this knife will definitely cut if you were in a fight with an attacker if you know how to use it. Too bad it's not a switchblade.

I want to hate it but i cant.
Its garbage build quality. Its dirty and scratched. Its not sharp. It didn't arrive on time. It has sharp edges(not talking about the blade) when you hold it. However, it is big and it is cool. I will probably do a bunch to it and make it as good as it can be. *DEFINITELY DON'T USE THIS FOR ACTUAL WORK.

Got what I expected
Just bought it for fun and that’s what I got. It’s cool and fun to mess around with. It has an edge but I wouldn’t really call it sharp. Blade is a little loose which is expected, but the locking mechanism is strong.

Love them Big.... Nice Gifts
Love the size of this knife. More of a conversation piece. I've given several of these as gifts.

You definitely get what you pay for.
Fun cheap knife. It is what it is for the price. Could use a better polish and has a little rust spot on the blade. Just received it today we will see how it holds up.

The knife i received is used.
Love the knife. Heavy, well made, insanely large. Was to be a great gift. However, looks like I've owned it 17 years and am just gifting from my own collection. Blade is scarred. Handle is rubbed down and the edges are scratched and worn. Tons of some kinda black powder that got all over my hand at the pivot point of blade and handle. The metal on the bottom of the handle is dull and marred up. Tried to return but it would cost $6.18 and I'm not sure i get a new one if i try to order again, may cost another $6.18. So im stuck with gifting a used knife then having to explain my intention was to buy it new and despite what it seems, it's not one of mine I'm just giving him.
