The Verm-X Poultry Zest is a fantastic pick-me-up for your hens – they’ll love it! What I love: Natural ingredients that support healthy, happy chickens. Helps with moulting and boosts egg production. Easy to mix into their feed – no fuss. What’s not so great: It’s a bit of an investment, but the results are worth it. Would I recommend it? Absolutely! A great way to keep your flock in tip-top shape.

I only have a few hens and from time to time they get a bit low eg when they are moulting or have eaten too many slugs from the garden. I knew of Verm-X- brand and asked for some samples which arrived in no time at all. I used my little trial pack and found it indeed made a difference and placed an order direct. In due course I needed a fresh supply and found Amazon sold it at a slightly better price. Overall, the product is excellent. I use their worming product as well. My organic hens are happy and healthy. Thanks Verm-X and thank you Amazon.

Not liked by my chickens.
My hens didn’t like these so I’d hide the pellets in pieces of fruit but they got wise & stopped eating the fruit. Aniseed as a flavour isn’t greatly received by animals in my experience.

Brilliant supplement feed
I bought this after reading reviews and being new to chickens. Some of my hens were a bit shabby looking and not laying. 2 of my hens love this and the other turns it's beak up. It smells to me like aniseed. After 4 days of using this, my hens have started laying, look fabulous and perked up. Highly recommended stuff and will buy again.
