I have been using for a few weeks now. I was pleased with how it was shipped. Everything was great right out of the box. Software is great. Everything is working great.

Product works fine... but only when directly plugged to a power cord. The laptop will not hold a charge.

This works great. Set up was flawless. It upgrades to Windows 11 while setting up.

The first laptop that was shipped, was loaded with Windows 11, which is absolute trash, even though it's advertised as having Windows 10. After doing more updates than I care to admit, the Bluetooth and the speakers to the laptop did not function from the minute I received it. Sent back the old one and received the replacement, and it's loaded with Windows 11 yet again. After spending a couple hours of dumping Windows 11 and loading on Windows 10, everything works. It's not a super high-end laptop, but it gets the job done for spreadsheets Adobe Etc I gave it three stars because of the headaches of the first one not working properly and windows 11 being loaded on both.

Definitely get extended warranty on renewed electronics. This is our third laptop, had 2 macs that failed, decided to go to a windows based computer. The speakers failed after about 50 days, glad to have extended warranty of 90 days. In other respects the computer worked as expected. Used Google docs so had nothing saved on hard drive except installed apps.

I tried several fixes to get the graphics to work properly. When I couldn't fix the graphics plus there were a few other small issues with this computer I requested a return. They refunded me $0.01!!! They got the computer back in the same condition I received it and I received $0.01. This is unfair and despicable.

The product that I have received had a pre-installed Windows and a couple of programs that might put the user's security at risk since the user do not know if his or her information would not be leaked. So, I have done a 10-hour work to reset this computer that I bought, and you can only do it through DELL OS Recovery program. The functionality of the laptop is still good and promising, but as I have experienced with other renewed or refurbished laptop, it is still too soon to tell that the laptop is healthy and functional. I have not used this laptop for gaming or very heavy rendering process to tell you if the speed is promising or not.

I am adding this update. After the initial battery issue, an issue with the cursor (pointers) started. In order to login, I need to put in a PIN but the cursor can't be controlled to put the numbers in the right field. I have tried deleting the pointers and using a USB mouse. Haven't been able to fix it. I haven't used this laptop much. I may not be able to use it again. My initial review: This laptop had favorable reviews. I have never owned a laptop before. My purpose in getting this was for occasional times when a phone or tablet doesn't format something properly, and for tax time. It's also nice to have the option of a full size keyboard. I charged it and set it up for myself. Several weeks later I opened it and found the battery was dead, after no usage. I thought that maybe I needed to turn the power off on the keyboard before closing it up. I charged it and powered it off. When next I went to use the laptop, the battery was dead again. I contacted the seller and they were quick to tell me that since more than 30 days had passed by then, that they could not help me. (Translate to "would" not help me.) I had hoped they would. They certainly were not wrong for not helping, I was just hoping for the best. Until I get a new battery, I'll be using it plugged in. My 2 stars were for the battery. I didn't remove any for the service I didn't get, and wasn't eligible for. Other than the battery, the laptop seems to have the advertised features. Just be faster than I was, checking the performance.

En el poco tiempo que he utilizado la computadora me percaté de un par de cosas 1.- El procesador no es el que aparece en la publicación (I5-8350U) trae el I5-8250U 2.- El touchpad está raro, cuando inicia el sistema funciona correctamente, después de un tiempo de inactividad ya no detecta los movimientos normales, solo detecta movimientos muy lentos como se aprecia en el video
