These are very effective and they're tiny which means less fillers!

This might be the best melatonin I’ve ever used. I have serious insomnia to the point I have been prescribed various sleeping meds over the years. I don’t like taking those drugs so I try and use melatonin. I was using a popular gummy brand for the last year, which was delicious but had varying effectiveness. One of these pills works great. I take it about 20-30 before bed and I sleep well. I saw someone say they woke up groggy and that this is for “larger” people. I have not experienced any grogginess and I’m a smaller person. I suppose it probably is stronger bc it works well for me and most of the others out there do not. So, if you need something light, maybe this isn’t for you. Anyway. I am pleased with this purchase.

The nuggets are much better than the tablets!

Puts me to sleep about an hour or two after taking them. They dissolve fast. No time release here. I have PTSD that makes it very hard to sleep. Once these are metabolized. I'd say about 4 hours for me I wake up. Seems like taking another one at that point does little to nothing. Great for getting to sleep. I've bought them several times and will buy more.
