Works pretty good. When I first got it I thought they sent the wrong product because I opened the screwdriver part of it HAHAHA. Make sure to read instructions. Works good on flea bites but careful because it gets HOT. But that’s the point of it. 10/10

I was skeptical, but figured I can return it if doesn't work. But, before I placed the order, I did some research and found that sure enough, heat in the range of about 120-125 degrees F will denature the enzymes in the saliva of a mosquito and several other insects. It's the enzymes that cause the itching. Denaturing them stops the itching, almost instantly. I had several itchy bites on my legs and arms, and right after reading the manual, plugging it in and charging for about 15 minutes until the light turned green, I then gave it my first try using the lower temp setting. There was no pain. Just a hot spot sensation for about 10 seconds or so, and the itching started to subside. I did it again three or four times on the same spot, and the itching went away entirely within another minute or so. Success! Now, try the higher temp option. Definitely more noticeable, and almost stings, but not badly, but more importantly, the itching went asway faster, and only took one or two applications, depending on how big the bite mark appeared to be. The blue lights help to see where to apply it, but it's still a bit tricky on parts of the body you can't see easily, such as the sides of my lower calves. However, the couple times I think I did miss the mark, there was no harm caused. No red mark. No burn. No pain. I am sure some people are more sensitive to heat and may get redness or even a mild 1st degree burn (like a mild sunburn) if they aren't careful. Incidentally, I have very light colored northern skin as my heritage is Northern French, German, Scandinavian, and Scottish

It definitely works and takes the itch out of a sting within a minute, you may need to do it twice for very itchy bites however it works a treat

It works but I didn’t realise it literally burns the saliva out. Takes a moment to get used to but being burned for 2 seconds is way better then being itchy for hours Also in case anyone was wondering it doesn’t leave burns, or at least not that I’ve noticed. Also lavender deters mozzies

Tested to 86 degrees, product doesn't get warm, missing parts, not that anyone needs an eyeglass screwdriver with their mosquito bite relief, and there is something inside the product rattling. Also, this product is not returnable, so if you get a defective item, you cannot return it. Update - Amazon had me contact the seller for a refund. I did and they prompty replied to correct the issue. I haven't received the replacement, so cannot speak to how it works, but am happy with the customer service that was provided.
