I tried them and they do not relax you or make you sleepy

I normally take melatonin right before sleep every night as I have a hard time falling asleep.I tried the patch because looking for something natural and different as melatonin only got me to sleep, not to stay asleep. I did get a restful continuous sleep. The time release in the patch keeps the ingredients coming all night long which is great and after doing a few nights felt like I was staying asleep which felt great.

I’ve had trouble sleeping for years and tried many different sleep aids including several brands of sleep patches. These are my favorite sleep patches. They stick very well and don’t come off while I sleep. I also feel that the price is reasonable compared to many others. I am pleased with these patches and will continue to buy them.

I like that my sleep tends to last longer while using these patches. I also like that these patches do not leave a stick film/residue on one's skin like some of the other brands do.
