Q: Let me try again: Can I use this case on a magnetic holder without adding a metal plate to the case?

I just bought an iphone 15. The grip on my magnetic wallet is so tight that I had to add a couple layers of paper between the phone and the case in order to easily remove the magnetic wallet from the case. This case doesn't seem to interfere with the magnetism very much. Hope that helps

I am able to turn my ringer off and on. I have no issue with the case being able to do this.

Q: Does the phone lay flat when it's on its back or is there a wobble?

The camera lenses protrude so it does not lay flat.

Q: Is there room for the USB C cable connector so it can be inserted fully since some non Apple may be larger?

I’d say that there is plenty of space around the charging port. I was able to use another usb c charger without any issues.
