Je n'étais pas satisfaite de la qualité du produit, je l'ai renvoyé. J'ai demandé un bon de retour, je l'ai imprimé, collé selon les instructions, déposé au relais qui convenait et oh surprise, le colis m'a été envoyé à moi! J'ai finalement gardé le produit, car trop de transactions à refaire, de mails à envoyer. Mais, non je ne suis pas satisfaite, ni du produit, ni de la société.
