Love these capsules. I've tried many differently types of magnesium supplements over 3 decades and these really work. I take them at night to feel restlful and to reenergise my brain and muscles by Allaah's Permission. Also easy to open and have without the capsules when tired of swallowing capsules.

Very good quality, I'm on my third bottle. A repeat purchase. I like that it has different forms of magnesium in one capsule.

I usually buy Magnesium Glycinate but decided to try this complex as it is not filled with unecessary fillers. I stay away from the cheap Oxide because it is so badly absorbed. I am also caucious around Citrate because it can give you loose stools (which is good for some) So, I decided to try this because it only had a lower dose of Citrate but unfortunately, it affected my stools again (lovely subject to discuss!)It had the relaxing effect I wanted and kept me more flexible with a softening effect on general aches and pains. It suits my daughter really well but I am going back to Glycinate because I can take the higher amount I need without any issues.

Slipping into sleep and staying asleep so much better. I’m only taking one capsule an hour before bed and the difference is noticeable.Probably helping in other ways, too, although getting to sleep and staying asleep is the most change (for the better) I’ve noticed. I can feel the relaxation kick-in after about an hour.Will update later if I notice other effects.
