Our Dyson wouldn't hold a charge but for 5 minutes when using the Max speed. It worked fine on the lower speed. But when you need that extra power..... We are now able to use the Max power all we want!

Bought this battery in October 2024, and now it is not working. So, overall I HATE THIS VACUUM. it totally sucks!! haha But, seriously, the hype of a Dyson and it's cost is stupid. It's one of the worst purchases I've ever made. Now, if I have to replace this battery a second time, I am irate. What kind of product is that? Doesn't even last a year? Prior to this the old battery wouldn't even operate the higher vac setting without stopping in under a minute. New, second battery only good for 7 months. Terrible product, if I could give less than 1 star, I would.

The de-instillation instructions on the website made such good sense, that I referred to them again. Then, I charged the handheld vacuum and put it to the test! It passed with flying colors! Thanks for extending the life of my go-to, quick and easy tool … which got its first upgrade in over 15-years with this rechargeable battery!

I like it very much I installed it in about 3 minutes. A few tips to make it very easy removal of old battery just take the battery off you do not have to take the whole vacuum apart like some videos show. Just open up the shoot for taking trash out into the garbage can. Remove the three screws use a drill much easier than by hand if possible. Pull the old battery out slide the new part in and tighten the screws close the trash shoot. If you ordered the right part it should work.

I bought this replacement battery for my parents who vacuum once a week and it stopped working after 11 uses. I just don’t understand how this could happen they take care of their stuff, their vacuum still looks new. I read the reviews and I thought it was a great replacement. I don’t normally write reviews, but I wanted others to not make the mistake I did.

Bought on May 17 and it worked until end of Aug. However, outside the return date of June 17. UPDATE: HeShunChang contacted me and provided a replacement unit. Great customer service!

I heavily use my little Dyson and this battery holds up well and for decent amount of time. Due to my level of use it needs to charge daily so they last about 2 years for me. Definitely recommend over other brands, I’ve tried a few and was lucky if they lasted a year.
