Great walkie-talkie. We take them camping, use around the house, even at the park for the kids to communicate with each other and us. So easy to use that the three-year-old can handle them. Sound quality, design, and range are the best. We have two sets. We have teenagers that take a walkie-talkie over their phones. That says it all.

These were bought as a gift for an 8yr old boy to use in play with his younger sister, instead of using cell phones which seem less appropriate for their age. These walkies are likely more appropriate for a teen or older, because it has a “multi-channel” functionality that easily changes with a simple touch of one button. If you’re working in a warehouse with lots of teams working on various different projects, these will be fantastic! Even if you do buy these for children, like we did, the directions are very simple to learn. You will need to buy three AA batteries for each Walkie Talkie— and then you press down towards the walkie on the tab at top, and slide the clip upward to expose the battery cover. This part of instructions wasn’t written, but after a couple of moments of “fiddling” with the clip, we discovered the small tab at the top of it. Its actually a plus, because it means the battery cover won’t easy fall off— so for our purposes of gifting to a child, thats phenomenal. They are lightweight, but appear durable, and sound quality is good. I would recommend investing in rechargeable batteries if using in a work environment. They are inexpensive enough that you could easily buy multiple sets for work.

Great for a 4 and 5 yr old. Battery last long. Easy to use.

My husband asked how much I spent on these because they are too good to be true! I’ve bought so many cheap kids ones before that were not worth it. These are amazing quality and they work so well!! Super easy for kids to use and really great for long range. We live on 5 acres and can use them all Over our land. Great for kids to use and play with and practical too!

These Walkie Talkies are great! They are advertised for kids, but they are built well and have great options such as 22 main channels and 121 privacy codes and can be used by adults as well as kids. I can’t speak to the distance as the kids use them within a few block radius, but they work well and the kids love them. I was so impressed with these walkie talkies I actually purchased a second pair so the kids weren’t fighting over them! A couple of things to be aware of: The walkie talkies do not come with any batteries or cables. It uses standard AA batteries (3 each) or can use rechargeable batteries. If using rechargeable batteries you will need a USB-A to Micro-B Cable, rechargeable batteries, and a wall charging plug for the cables. You can plug the cable into the bottom of the walkie talkies to charge them. The manual is a little vague about the rechargeable batteries, it references “Just for batteries and adapter package option” so I was unsure if the walkies required a special battery pack and charger or if rechargeable batteries and cable would work. I tried the cable and rechargeable batteries and they work fine. These are a good value and solidly built!!

Should be able to give a Zero Star. Because that’s what they would have got. This seller should be removed from selling on Amazon. Item is used, no batteries and no charger came with the walkie talkies as stated in the item description. Very cheap looking. Will not buy again. Buyer be ware.

I think they work very well with batteries. The size is great too but there was NO charger or wrist straps included in the packaging. It didn’t actually say a charging cord was included but it said there were wrist straps (which would be a nice added feature if I had them)! There was no way to contact the seller to see if they could mail some to me!

I bought these for my granddaughter for her birthday. As soon as I put the batteries in, she grabbed them and her and her friends started playing with them . that was over two months ago. She is still playing with them and enjoying them.
