Kitten Nail Covers
I am SO HAPPY to have found this! Who knew this existed or an option to getting scratched when playing with your kitten? This affordable product is not just cute, but will help keep my curtains and sofa lasting a bit longer!Very easy and quick to put on. I did it while my kitten was kneading and somber. No cutting necessary other than the glue... and that I cut at an angle to help distribute the glue more easily and in a small amount. Just push the open tube of glue down to the tip. A little tiny squeeze of glue... about a dot, then pinch the rubber tip to guide the glue up to the top and allow it to cover inside... then slip it over the nail. Be sure not to have glue spill over, otherwise, the glue will get onto the fur and that's a no-no. If it happens, quickly squeeze the excess glue and wipe off then apply right away to the nail. The glue is pretty much crazy glue and dries fast.Purchased xs. As instructed, no need to trim back the nails, just be sure fur is out of the way and you extend the nail to hold in place. Each tip was exactly the right size and none were defective. My kitten didn't fuss during and walked about without noticing. The tiny package came exactly as pictured. I actually counted exactly the right amount of tips.Only cons: Not having 20 of the same color... just 10 of each color. Would be nice if I wanted to do the back paws as well or supplement if any fall off. The other is offering the same amount in the one color. It's only been a few days but would certainly buy again when needed.

Perfect buy
I purchased these after trying a *name brand* These are basically the exact same. I got 10 caps per color. They are easy to reapply as needed. Recommend! you will need to keep a eye on your cat as they do chew /loose em now and then, but you get a lot of extras!

Highly recommend! Much easier to apply than expected.
I have 3 brand new kittens, twin girls and one boy that just turned 3 months. They have been tearing everything up with their nails. They have a condo and scratching posts, but my expensive bedding has been picked to death. I saw these and did my research. They do not prevent them from retracting their nails! They do not hurt them at all! I tried to wait till they were 4 months, but I went ahead and ordered them because so much was getting ruined and they couldn't help it, they were just playing and getting up on the bed for cuddles.I tried them on before applying the glue. My twin girls are smaller than their brother and I only had to trim a couple of the caps back just a tiny bit for them. Otherwise, they fit perfectly. You're not supposed to trim their actual nails if they are under 6 months, so I didn't.I'll admit, I was worried this was going to be difficult. But they were great! My son petted them while I applied the caps, and they purred the whole time. No issues at all.I did accidentally drop one after slipping it on her nail, because my dog got curious and jumped up to see what was going on. The cap fell off and the nail retracted and the glue stuck to her fur. I got scared but just skipped that one, finished the others and then gently pulled the stuck fur from her nail and applied the cap. No issues from that. I saw someone said that it caused major problems with their cat when that happened. I can only suspect they used to much glue. You only need a tiny bit and they stick just fine.I watched for any adverse reaction, but they acted like nothing had happened. They didn't walk funny, they didn't bite at them or try to get them off.Normally, they jump on the bed, grab hold of the covers and then climb with their nails up onto the bed. I think they each tried that once, couldn't grip and fell, and now they know they can't do it that way anymore. They still get on the bed and their condo just fine, just not that way anymore.I am so thankful for these! I love my babies but didn't know how much more I could take of them tearing up stuff. Now we can all focus on the good stuff. They still jump and play and climb. And as you can see in the pictures, they are very content!
