A must have!!
Most pumps come with 22 or 24 mm flanges and I need 17mm. These fit into every pump I have and work so well… using in Spectra S1, Elvie Stride, and a Medela harmony hand pump.

Use them every day!
My pump like most pumps came with standard flanges and my nipples are much smaller. I use these every day with my wearable momcozy pumps and they’re perfect. I never knew about needing other sizes with my first son and so pumping was miserable; this time around I’m exclusively pumping and these things make it far more tolerable.

Get these if you want a good breastfeeding/pumping experience
Nobody told me in my first breastfeeding journey that I should be buying inserts for my appropriate size. This second time around, I did buy them and it has made the journey so much easier and positive for me. I believe my pump normally comes with a 24mm and it always tore me up and made me scab and bleed. This time, the flange inserts have made it so much better!
