The recliner is very comfortable to sit in. The heated seat and massager is nice for our backs as well. Before we got the recliner the company informed us that they were not able to ship it at the first dates they gave us do to bad weather. This was fine and we appreciated that they kept us informed. We got it 3 days later and we are pleased with it.

I love the chair so far, the only thing I have a ? About is(the controller, is the light for up & down suppose to stay on all the time, bc mine does?). I have a video of Fed Ex 2 women employees. One opened the back door & pushed it out. Instead of both employees getting out to let the box down. SAD! I plan to show this to Fed X, ASAP!

Impressed with the craftsmanship. Assembly was fast and easy directions to follow. Sturdy and comfortable.

I hate this chair!!! Not comfortable!!! No position is comfortable!!! Better off sitting on the floor!!!Most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat in!

SOLID CONSTRUCTION, AS I FEEL IT WILL LAST A LONG TIME. EVEN WITH THE MEASUREMENTS CLEARLY STATED IN DESCRIPTION, I WAS SURPRISED HOW SMALL. WILL KEEP IT AS I LIKE THE EXTRAS.

Delivered before expected. I assembled it myself. Was not difficult at all. Very easy assembly. Love the chair. Love the heat. And the electric up. And down is amazing. So much easier on my arthritis.

I love the color of the chair (off white color) and the look of the chair. It looks great with my other furniture. However, I was disappointed in how it felt to sit in it in an upright position. I thought it would be much more cushiony. The seat isn't as big as I thought. However, once reclined, the chair is much better and I really like all of the pockets, cupholders, heat and massage. I'm sure there are better chairs out there for the price I paid.
