Great but expensive

Es un producto excelente, sin embargo el empaque no fue el mejor, ya que la tapa llegó averiada. Me tocó reemplazarla por otra que tenía.

Very disappointed!!! I have been using this shampoo for over 2 years and finally decided to but the refill option and save on packaging. And boy... I regret it enormously! It is a different product altogether and I mean in a bad way. Different frangance... like none, different lathering... like less, different result... like hair not as soft, not bouncy and not revitalized. Never buy refills!!! Stick with the full bottle version!!!

Produto maravilhoso, mudou completamente meu cabelo, não preciso mais fazer as hidratações semanais, shampoo e condicionador da linha já mantém os fios hidratados e alinhados; é caro, mas vale o que custa, e dura muito, pequenas quantidades são o suficiente; cheirinho suave, nada enjoativo, textura bem espessa.
