Very well packaged! Plant is a good size and very healthy. I’m impressed with this seller. I bought 5 succulents and all looked great, even traveling from California to NC!

After three purchases I need to give the recognition these guys deserve.FAT PLANTS sends orders timely! You WILL get a beautiful succulent. They will be fat. We like them chonky. But what I really want to brag about is *how well they package their plants* to combat the monster that is USPS.USPS gives zero F's. Reality is, they will throw everything around, shake the living hell out of packages, kick them, run them over with the truck, nuke them with x-ray radiation, sneeze on them, and flip them (and you) off when they deliver them at your door, if they haven't already crammed it in the mailbox and get it stuck. The sky's the limit.FAT PLANTS, however, goes the extra mile. They're on to USPS' games. FAT PLANTS pack your little baby plant with shreddy-paper around the leaves, give it some kinda damp string on top of the soil in case it gets thirsty on the trip, then wrap the plant entirely in newsprint. The precious cargo is next placed in its own perfectly sized box, then is tucked neatly inside of the main packaging box, soon to endure the trip from hell. Rumor has it that these folks even smudge their outgoing packages with sage too for added protection against the evil shipping lords.I have now had three babies survive the pilgrimage from California to Florida, each in great condition because of this extra care. Two bear paws and a crassula (bebe's necklace). Oh, and they even wrote me a nice thank you note on my last order. This plant is beautiful. It was received undamaged and very healthy. Incredible packaging. It was wrapped and the stuffing filled up the box so the plant wasn’t knocking around during shipping. Very well protected. There was additional protection which was shredded cardboard all round the plant. Paper was added to the top of the plant to fill any gaps between the plant and the box. This plant was packaged like a piece of expensive crystal. Packing slip included. None of the other plants purchased from other sellers were packaged anywhere close to the way this succulent was packaged. The plant is perfect and very healthy. I want to buy two more but only from this seller. Absolutely terrific seller and highly recommended. Also, as soon as I opened the box, there was an insert indicating the plant was thirsty and needed water! 🤣👍. Loved the note. Only this seller went to the trouble to communicate this way. Very intelligent, organized, perfect seller of this cactus. Highly recommended. Awesome! Thank you.

I have wanted a string of pearls for some time but couldn’t find one in any local nursery. So I decided to try ordering one but was hesitant thinking it would never survive shipping. So happy with how it was double boxed with plenty of shredded paper to cushion the plant. It looks very healthy and green. It also came with a little instruction sheet. Would definitely order from Fat Plants again!

I have had the plant for a few weeks now. It came alive and I pray stays alive.It said to wait a few days until repotting and I just did that today. The stems seem wobbly but I put a few rocks in there and will see if they get stronger.I am not a plant expert so I am not sure how to help make it stronger.

Had my reservations ordering plants thru the mail but it arrived in great shape after 7 days en route from San Diego to Kansas City, Kansas. Impressed..I know the post office didn't handle with care. Will order more from this company.

This plant is BEAUTIFUL! So, first thing: shipping. I was super nervous buying a plant online for my first time, but I *really* wanted this plant and local nurseries didn't have any. Thankfully, my worry was misplaced- the packaging was AWESOME! Double boxed and wrapped up snug, she never even ended up dropping leaves after she got here! Absolutely no bruising or damage to speak of during transport, these photos are fresh out of the boxes. Since then, she has quietly thrived, still never dropping more than a leaf or two as she acclimated to her new home!Second, the price. I was expecting a few cuttings due to how cheap it was- boy was I wrong! As you can see, I received an actual PLANT with multiple vines beginning to grow. The beginners pot is just that, nothing super fancy but with plenty of drainage holes to ensure the plant doesn't end up waterlogged while waiting to transplant.Third- unexpected gifts came with it! I got a card directing me to an app that helps with watering, feeding and replanting reminders. Since I bought through Fat Plants, I got a free trial and loved it so much that I bought that, too!Overall, I am *SO* pleased with every part of this purchase and cannot WAIT to get another beauty from them.
