Beautiful customer service
The product is so stunning, however it was incredibly heartbreaking when the heart shaped lock fell off when I was trying it on. They were a big help in fixing this, and I couldn't be happier. Great work. Great company.

Fantastic and Freaky
This product arrived in perfect condition inside of a cute box that hid the shape of the package (if you were worried about that!) There was the choker, the heart-shaped key, and the heart lock on the choker included. It is strong and very pretty. I bought it for my partner and all my pictures of the product have them in it and I do not want to put them on blast. I love the product and so does my partner! Thank you for this product!
