Honestly not very happy with the product maybe because I took a size M and still found it to be large for me. I wanted to use it for leg workouts but at somepoint it tends to slither down from the top not holding a firm grip. Otherwise I like the quality. Definitely gives a knee supporting experience. It is stretchable.

Material kaafi soft aur breathable hai, isliye pehne rehne par bhi irritation ya itching nahi hoti. Fitting achhi hai aur knee ko proper support milta hai, specially exercise ya thoda pain hone par. Compression balanced hai – zyada tight nahi aur loose bhi nahi. Movement me comfortable feel hota hai aur walking/exercise ke time confidence aata hai. Quality price ke hisaab se achhi lagi. 👉 Pros: ✔ Comfortable fabric ✔ Good support & fitting ✔ Daily use aur workout dono ke liye sahi 👉 Cons: ❌ Abhi tak koi major issue nahi mila Overall, agar aapko knee support chahiye jo comfortable ho aur kaam bhi kare, to ye product definitely worth buying hai 👍
