When using always turn on the right side burner first, that insures the two remaining burners ignite properly. Always go right to left. The griddle gets hot fast. Takes some getting used to to setting right temperature. Curing the surface is critical. Do it, don’t just start cooking. Use oil, cook it in, cool off, clean up and get ready for use. Always clean up after use. It is a good idea to do it while it is hot.
