I would say taste and value is subjective but I found it to be very good. I've had it mixed with water and it's a good morning drink. Single sachets make it very convenient. It has been 10 days now so too early to talk about effectiveness. For those who feel gas built or bloating on having this on an empty stomach, it would be better to try this out with water substitute or drink+snack.
