FELIX As Good As it Looks Vegetable in Jelly Wet Cat Food 12x100g (Pack of 4)

I've started purchasing felix cat food off of Amazon as not only is it cheaper, but I don't end up carting the boxes home. However I ain't going to bang on about the Cat food, because either your cat eats it or he/she won't. (Cats are like that). No this is about the service I received today. My order arrived and on opening the box , I noticed that 2 of the boxes were damaged to the extent of stinking to high heaven. I was just going to dump both boxes in the bins then thought actually I wouldn't accept that service from the local supermarket. So I called Amazon. I explained to the young lady my problem, that I was more than happy to furnish photos of the damaged (and stinking) boxes of cat food. Well after listening , the lady asked if I wished for a refund or a replacement. For me replacing the order was what I was after and she explained that she would send out a replacement order in the post. 5 minutes later she rung back and clarified that she had done so, that she had sent an e-mail to explain that and was there anything else that she could do. Its service like that which entails why I am an Amazon customer.

This particular selection of food is my kitty's favourite. The food smells very tasty indeed and even after sitting on his plate for a while it still smells lovely, unlike some other chunks in jelly that seem to smell awful after a little while - can't blame kitties for not wanting to eat them! The meat and veg combos are good for kitty's health and he always tucks in to these. I'm so glad they do multipacks like this because it's easier than lugging boxes home from the supermarket every other day (kitty eats a lot!) and this way at least we know he's got all his favourite flavours in quantity! My local supermarket has stopped stocking these particular flavours now so I have to get them online. Delivery was amazingly fast - ordered on Sunday night and received it Tuesday morning - can't beat that! Very pleased - thankyou!

Don't like buying cat food on line as you don't know if there damaged ripped etc took a chance with this as price was price was fine it arrived say checked all sachets to make sure no leaks or pin holes all seemed fine boxes were a bit battered the only thing I didn't agree with they came in a clear package so everyone could see what was delivered and just left on front door step I know they don't get long but you pay enough for items my cat was ☺ 👍

My cats love this and now this is no longer on subscribe and save. I finger it difficult to find this in the shops so am sad for my cats. There is no way my cats would eat the alternative suggested and it would be money in the bin!

Although I have reservations about the dubious meat content of Felix (and most other normal brands of cat food for that matter) my two cats absolutely love this food so I alternate it with raw or food with a higher meat content. The price I paid was way lower than in supermarkets (unless they have offers), it was delivered promptly to my door and best of all delivery was free so I and my cats are very happy.

I have been buying this cat food for quite a long time and I was pleased with it even though now its price has increased and we also have to pay a delivery fee which has caused the product to become more expensive. However, I intended to continue purchasing this product, which my cats love so much,but the last order I received contained a whole pack of 4 (total 48 pouches) infected with worms. This fact has greatly disappointed me since I have had no option but to throw it all away. I feel that I have wasted my money and actually if I don't receive a satisfactory compensation I don't think I will ever buy this type of food again.

My two cats eat all of this variety, the pieces of 'meat' are much smaller and so don't get licked clean and left like the ordinary sorts. I didn't think they would eat the vegetables, but it all seems to go down well. I'm hoping it will stay a favourite for a good while!

We try and shop locally but it's not always easy when it's impossible to find what you want and especially when you have three fussy cats who are very particular about what they eat.
