Too salty! I prefer Crystal or Tabasco over this

Great hot sauce. Pepper are first on ingredients not vinegar.

Mild, goes well with smoked meats and rice
Have been using this sauce for a while now. Don't expect it to taste like Tabasco however. Shake the bottle really well every time because the sauce clumps to the sides of the bottle...don't know why. The flavor tastes like liquid paprika and is very mild It goes well with smoked meats and rice.
