6 months later, still totally non-stick
I've been using this pan several times a week for just over half a year and am pleased to report that it's still as non-stick as it was the day it arrived. Please note, however, that I'm careful with it. I wash it squeaky-clean after each use, waiting until it has cooled down to do so. I also never touch the cooking surface with anything but a silicone spatula, and I don't stack things on top of it when it's stored. In the hand, it feels like quality, too. A good weight and a vibrant color (yellow) that livens up the kitchen.

Gorgeous and functional
I love this nonstick pan. It’s beautiful and is super high-quality. I use it every day! I got the one with the gold handle and to be honest, the handle does get a little hot so it does require a towel to grab it after being on the stove but overall, I’m still super satisfied

Great non stick pan for stovetop and oven
Fantastic pan. Works great on stove top and in oven. Frittata just slides out onto plate with no fuss. Follow instructions for heating and cleaning - I usually clean right after cooking however this pan needs to cool down before cleaning. I love the color too. I am very happy with this pan as it meets my needs particularly being able to handle higher oven temperature.

Believe the hype!
So it’s been almost a year since I bought this pan. It is wonderful! I saw commercials for this brand and was hyper critical. I have owned many non stick pans and have always disappointed. So I reluctantly bought this ONE pan despite the cost. Well, I was well worth the cost, so much I bought the larger set. This is the right size for cooking for one or side dishes, so it got a lot of use. The coating hasn’t changed at all. I cook a lot of weird foods and nothing sticks. Washing it is easy. I have put them in the dishwasher but honestly a swish of a brush and detergent and their clean. The only and I mean the only problem is I have splashed stuff down the side and there is some discoloring on the bottom. I don’t want to scrub too hard or too much because I got the yellow pans and I don’t want to chance removing the paint. WELL WORTH THE COST! Do what I did and buy one pan to try it out.

Nonstick is nonexistent
I purchased this pan about one month ago, and have used it daily since receiving it. And I will say - this Caraway fry pan - well there’s something just not right about it. Something that just doesn’t add up. After a single use, food began adhering to the pan’s cooking surface. Not just eggs, mind you; which is probably the main thing most of us hope to use our nonstick cookware for. Everything sticks. Bacon sticks. Sausage sticks. Potatoes stick. Meats, veggies - shoot, a slice of bread sticks to this pan. Would you like to simply to warm something from the fridge, reheat leftovers? Nope. It will stick. If you can cook something in this pan, it will stick to this pan. And not just a little bit of stick. No, no, no, my friends. Look to some of the other very low reviews. See the video evidence. There’s a whole lot of stick. A tear your food up trying to get it out of the pan and on to the plate kind of stick. And then a soak in hot water and scrape stuff out kind of stick. And then a do it again to get what you couldn’t get out after all that kind of stick. Following the recommended cleaning method of a bringing a cup of water with two tbls of baking soda to boil for several minutes and then rinsing…stuff sticks. No amount of cleaning, nor method of cleaning seems to affect the performance. Neither does cooking technique. Cook on low, stuff sticks. Cook on medium, stuff sticks. Cook with oil, sticks. No oil, sticks. Truly preposterous. This said, however, this is not merely a poor non stick pan; it is a poor pan. The handle, though ergonomically sound and comfortable to grip, transfers heat far too readily. On a gas range, it quickly becomes ‘too hot to handle.’ Beyond the five minute mark, even on low heat, you will be burned by the handle. Additionally, the pan’s exterior surface cannot be kept clean, which for a daily use pan isn’t critical in my book, excepting that the finish seems designed to have stuff actually adhere to it. Again, not especially off putting for me as I believe in function over aesthetics, but I find it strange this should be so. That said, my expectations for this pan were fairly straight forward. I hoped for a decently made nonstick pan that would heat mostly evenly, that would be mostly nonstick, that would function in my working kitchen alongside some other quality cookware that consists exclusively of copper clad stainless steel and cast iron. I looked very forward to a more healthful alternative to the everyday nonstick more typically relied upon. And I hoped to get perhaps as much as a year’s use of the pan before having to replace it. I take care of my cookware. I always use soft implements, never metal, and always rely upon gentle cleaning methods - soft sponges and plastic scrappers only if necessary. Given the performance of this pan, at this point, however, I am disappointed across the board. I also must and do question any and all claims made as to this cookware’s efficacy. As well as the efficacy of any claims or reviews that would laud its performance as commendable. I am, in short, severely skeptical. I know my way around a kitchen, and as far as I’m concerned, I will not deign to so much as boil water in it at this point. It has no redeeming qualities given its performance. And given its performance, I cannot help but to doubt its other claims as to being a healthier alternative to other cookware options. Given the $100 price tag for the pan, one must conclude that such a high relative cost is primarily for covering marketing and profit. And I would challenge anyone willing to make contrary claims as to this pan’s performance to prove such claims as anything better than specious. From my experience, this appears to be a clear matter of consumer grift. Given what my experience with this product has been, there is simply no other reasonable explanation. Out of the box, it does look nice; it does feel nice. First cook: it works nice. And then the honeymoon is over. And the fight is on. Sorry to say, if you bought this thing, you already lost.

Love it
The Caraway fry pan delivers on its biggest selling point: a non‑toxic, ceramic nonstick surface that’s free from PTFE, PFOA, PFAS and heavy metals — great if you prefer cleaner cooking with easy food release and simple cleanup. It heats evenly, works on all stovetops, and is oven safe up to 550°F, so it’s versatile from sautéing veggies to frying eggs. The design and comfort of the handle also make it pleasant for everyday use. That said, the ceramic coating isn’t immortal — many users note that it can wear down over time and requires gentle care (no metal utensils, hand wash recommended), and the exterior can stain or chip with heavy use. Price‑quality: For what it costs, this pan feels like a good value if your priority is non‑toxic, easy‑to‑use cookware with a sleek look. It isn’t the longest‑lasting nonstick overall, but it’s enjoyable and reliable for daily cooking when treated right.

Love, love, love this pan. No more cleaning stuck on food and best of all, it simply wipes clean with a soft sponge or cloth. I am going to purchase another pan in a different size.

This is my first time writing a review, and a one star at that! I purchased a 10 inch caraway ceramic fry pan back in April of 2025 and after doing loads of research settled on this one (and there were many 4 star reviews that motivated me to buy it. What a mistake!!! It was great for the first few months, and I babied it like the rest of the other 1 star reviewers. Now I am at war with this pan, and recently got out my trusty cast iron one to cook my weekend scrambled egg. And yes, it is also challenging to do the breakfast scramble in this pan without any sticking, however, in relation to the Caraway pan you'd think the cast iron was Teflon. There needs to be another word to describe the disappointment and frustration I have experienced with this pan . The eggs don't just stick , they glue to the surface. It's as if the coating has all but disappeared, though looking at the pan (which by the way does clean up easily, indicating there must be some coating left,) in contrast to the cast iron which needs serious elbow greasing to do the same cleanup, looks brand new. But don't be fooled! I feel like a real grouch writing this, but there has to be something wrong with this particular pan, as all those other 5 star ratings can't be wrong! So what's up. i would love to get a replacement pan and see how it goes. And maybe then I will be a happy camper and joyously join the 5 star gang - and be glad to shout out to the world what a great fry pan it is. Now that would be nice. OK, enough ranting and raving, but come on, $200,00 dollars Canadian, I've never spent that much money on cookware in my life! (good thing I never mentioned how much I paid for it to my wife, especially now - so keeping a low profile LOL! Caraway, give me a call and make me a believer! :)

Everything tastes better and not worried about my fry pan flaking off into my food.

This pan worked well for about 10 months, since then everything sticks, basically unable to cook nice easy over eggs. Impossible to make an omelette since everything sticks. Can’t believe I paid $200+ for this. I treated the pan always with great care, there are absolutely no scratches on it, nevertheless, all the food sticks, even slices of bacon! Extremely disappointed, indeed!
