The seller is horrible. 4 weeks to ship. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best for firewood *by E***H on February 12, 2026* I have 5 pickaroons/hookaroons. This is the best one for moving firewood, head weight makes it easy to stick into the wood. A slight modification to the tip makes it work great in hardwoods and still releases easy. I have a Husqvarna, fiskars, logrite, and 2 council tool pickaroon/hookaroon . The husky has an odd angle at the tip which makes it difficult to pickup wood with the side grain, does not work good in hardwood. Fiskars is too short and light, need to swing very hard to stick in wood, lots of handle shock when using it on oak.
