Oakley Man Sunglasses Grey Smoke Frame, Warm Grey Lenses, 54MM

This is the sixth pair of Oakley Fives (or variants) I've purchased. None of the losses have been the manufacturer's fault. I am hard on these things and eventually the lenses are too scratched to use, but that is usually after several years of less than careful use. I often knock them off my own head, letting them fall to a concrete surface (seems to happen mostly in the garage). They get sit on all the time. Usually the worst that happens is one of the arms pops off, which can simply be popped back into place. I love that they sit close to my eyes so little light gets around them. Visibility is great. They look fine, but I'm more interested in the function and durability. They are certainly less expensive than the sunglasses my wife buys, yet seem to last longer. When I eventually lose this pair or ruin the lenses through repeated drops, I will buy another pair.

Big headed brethren, rejoice! After years and years of asking for it, the Holbrook XL is FINALLY here. Not to be confused with the Holbrook LX (the premium version of the Holbrook), the XL finally provides enough coverage for those with wider measurements. These glasses are new enough that the product description doesn't offer much, but I can tell you measurements are 59-18-137 I ordered the matte black, which like other plastic frame options from Oakley (including the Sliver XL, the only similar alternative before this release), is an absolute grease magnet. The decorative rivets and the signature O don't feel any different from the regular Holbrook, but I'm hoping that with the newest generation, they hold up to some more abuse. In my experience, Holbrooks are plenty durable with the exception of the decorative rivets--and even in cases where they don't break, a scratch or scuff doesn't go unnoticed in the corners, especially with contrasting color schemes. My everyday pair of glasses prior to buying these were some Smith Lowdown XL's in matte black. While the Holbrook gets plenty of style points in my book, it continues to trail behind the Smiths in not having a cushion or grip by the bridge of the glasses. I don't have a prominent nose, so the Holbrooks have a tendency to slide down my face, especially during strenuous activity or exercise. The Smiths have a hydrophobic pad that help keep the glasses in place, while the Holbrook only has more plastic frame. The Holbrook XL doesn't wrap the face as tightly as the Smiths, which is a positive in my book. Rapid temperature changes don't result in fogging as much as they do with the Smith Lowdown XL's just because there is a bit more room to breathe. Fitment behind the temples and ears is great. Be warned, while the lens description for my pair said Warm Gray, they definitely trend heavy on the rose-colored end, more-so than many of the Oakleys I've had in the past, though that could be perception because of the increased surface area of lens you're getting. Build quality is solid, with no flex in the hinges. Big thanks to Oakley for recognizing the need for this line-- with such an iconic and classic look and feel, I'm really looking forward to seeing my collection of Holbrook XL's grow!

Owned these a few days now. ABSOLUTELY the best lenses I have ever owned (I've owned older Oakley straight jackets, and WileyX Valors which are also awesome). They are polarized and the HDO clarity is AMAZING. I bought the Oakley Nano cleaner/protectant and it's AMAZING. I paid $105 for these and retail they run $150. I do not think you get a warranty from Oakley if you purchase from Amazon, however you save 33%. I have bought retail from Oakley before and their warranty is worth every penny extra, if your willing to spend the extra. I just trust the brand enough and hopefully my ability to take care of them. $100 for a pair of polarized prizm technology is insanely good. These are absolutely authentic. IMPORTANT: You need to try a pair of these on in a retail store especially if your not sure the size/shape of your face will be compatible. They are smaller then Gascans and fit better on small-medium faces. I am 6'2'' and weigh 220lbs, my hat size is 7 1/4 and these are very borderline to small, but I am not a fan of oversized frames. I do like Gascans and they fit me probably a tad large for my taste.

These bad dogs are awesome and light weight. They are comfortable and block all the uv rays even bright days are easy to drive in with these. Must get them! They also offer 7 days same as cash deal. So you can try before you buy.

Little less premium than expected, “ beginner “ shades it feels liks

They are a slick pair of shades that fit a smaller face like an asian fit would. Overall the frames are decent for the on sale price of $70 and look cool. They are actually real oakleys which was a relief given the dupes that have flooded this platform. Overall, buy from this vendor, and the product is a decent plastic pair of shades.

Awesome sunglasses, they’re fantastic for people with smaller faces/heads. They don’t look big on your face, feel really good on. Great lenses, obviously, they’re Oakley’s. 5 star all around. Oh and at the best price I could find online or stores and received them earlier than expected! Score!

These are fake!!!! Do not buy them. The frames are super cheaply made. Wearing them for about 2 hours and it will start to feel very uncomfortable on the nose rest area (its cutting my skin) sending them back now

Hab mir die Brille schon letztes Jahr in einen Sportladen gekauft. Da ich eher einen kleinen, schmalen Kopf habe, war das die einzige Brille die mir gepasst hat und die ich auch super zu Sport tragen kann da sie auch robust ist. Wurde schon mehrmals drauf angesprochen. Hab die leider verloren und Gott sei Dank hier sofort nachkaufen können.
