Great product to level up your dessert game. I was a little intimidated to buy this for two reasons; the cost (almost $18 a bag) and because I was unsure of how to use it beyond the viral Dubai Chocolate dessert.But, after toasting the shredded fillo dough with just a little bit of butter, and mixing it with pistachio nut butter, chocolate, and strawberries, YUM, it was absolutely delicious, and had a definite nutty, crunchy texture for that wow factor. Also, I was surprised that a little goes a long way! Only thing, I would suggest a resealable package.

This is great, the bag is definitely very packed so its difficult to take out but im glad it is. Love the texture this adds to desserts and when making at home dubai chocolate!
