Love this book
You can't go wrong with Alfie. My grandson loves these stories. Totally wholesome and good. The illustrations are delightful. Thoroughly recommend.

First Christmas present
I bought this lovely book for my little grandson Alfie as this year is his first Christmas. Both my children loved Shirley Hughes books and I know that Alfie will come to love them too. I can’t wait to read it to him when he’s a little bit older. It was the perfect momento for his first Christmas.

Another fabulous Alfie story.
Lovely story. My youngest loves the Alfie stories so this was another perfect addition to the ever growing library. She is also particularly close to her grandmother which made this story all that more poignant.
