I recently installed the Smarteefi smart switch and I’m really impressed with its performance. The switch works perfectly and responds instantly to commands. The Alexa integration is seamless, making it super convenient to control my lights and appliances with voice commands. One thing to note is that you do need a stable Wi-Fi connection for smooth functioning, and of course, an Alexa device to make the most out of it. Also, if you plan to install smart switches in multiple rooms, it’s better to have Alexa devices in each room so the voice commands are picked up easily. Overall, absolutely loved the product — smart, reliable, and very useful for a smart home setup. Highly recommend!

Excellent Products

Pros: Good quality, working so far when internet is there, Good looking, good shockets, manual override buttons, very easy to install ( i have done myself), good customer support and they are very responsible person, they solved my problem without delay. Now comes the real issues Cons: Works only when internet is there. Im using many smart home devices like tplink bulbs, plugs, switches, smart tvs, home theater, av receiver, ac and ofcourse smarteefi switch board, all of which work on local network without the need of internet accept smarteefi switchboard which need internet even when yoy are connected with wifi to same local network. The real and practical problem is that as every operation is routed through internet via their server, your device is worse than dumb switchboard if internet is not there due to some technical prob. Second and least probable problem is that you wont be able to use smart function of this if somehow the company stops their server. Means life span of device is dependent on life span of company ( ofcourse also on device itself). I have discussed about these issues with customer care person who listen ed carefully and reassured me. But i am still wondering why they are not updating the firmware to solve the problem. I am not sure whether there is any hardware limitations or it is software problem only Thanks for the patient reading. Im requesting the company representative to look into the matter. I recommend this device it is really sturdy but be informed about the limitations.

Wish I could give 10 star. Make your home A Smart Home. Bit expensive but looks and works great with Alexa and Google. You can operate it anywhere from the word with phones app.

Great product, all are worked well for last 5 years without any issues, now totally dead which means i need to replace entirely or wait for some days without switch or its usage means no light or fan for that days, same was told by thier customar service. So plz decide before make a purshase.

I have done home automation 4 years before. Done so much RnD and at last Smarteefi is best choice. I always suggest go for it. Thank you smarteefi for good support. Pros: 1) Cheap Products 2) Best Service 3) Easy Installation 4) Work With Amazon Alexa and Google Home 5) Customer care support is good 6) You need to change your old conceal Its fit as per Indian switch board. Suggestion: I would like to take smrteefi touch screen board 3 years before but that time it was not exist now you can go for touch screen wifi smrteefi board and buttons.
