One of my new favorite supplements!
My mom had these at her house so I tried one before my workout and then had to take the box home with me! The strawberry flavor is great and easy to dissolve into water quickly, no chunks. I love taking this before my workouts to help with energy and muscle recovery - definitely haven’t been getting quite as sore and feel like it’s easier to space out muscle groups throughout the week. Great ingredients and no caffeine shakiness during your workout. Would recommend.
