Kefir is like yogurt and very good for health too. Easy to make and digest. Very good product for health conscious thickness of kefir is same as curd. It’s very basic prices of making. Super nutritious value for money

I used this powder but seems ordinary curd . Now ordered kefir live grains .company must clearly state it is just a curd powder not kefir. Otherwise reply with scientific proof that this is a kefir powder. I am eagerly waiting for their response.
