Good one. Installation too good. But we would have loved if all acessories like stand. 3 pin plug,hose etc were bundled togather with the heater so that we wont have to buy from outside in the last minute and you can charge in advance for that ..other wise superb!!! Technician was good and he brought all that was needed for installation from outside for us. Thank you

I initially received a damaged water heater, so I had to request a replacement. The replacement process itself was smooth and I eventually received a new unit that works perfectly. The heater performance is really good—heats water quickly and efficiently, and I’m happy with the product quality overall. However, the service experience was very disappointing. The installation support was extremely delayed, with no proper follow-up. They only initiated a call 10 days after delivery, and the replacement of the product was available 10 days from date of delivery, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Great product, but installation and service timelines need to be much better.
