The concept is spectacular but the box says not to use it if you have had "major surgery". I have had a spinal fusion lower than the belt fits but now I have to wait for my specialist to have an opening so I can ask if I can use it!! It appears very legitimate with reliable medical grade components so i am still hoping I can use it.

XL size is medium at best it appears from trying it. If it can't fit right or won't fit at all, there is no success.

Didn't fit so had to return.
