Great for eating, baking and making Rejuvalac
I was so glad to find these organic berries for making my rejuvalac. Also I used to bake with white wheat berries however since I moved to Hawaii I have not found them. I did not realize that there was different types until I learned about the rejuvalac process which you can find online videos to learn. I recently made some and sprouted these berries which worked really well. Takes a little getting used to to learn how to do it but I'm happy that it's organic and that the price is affordable as I did not want to buy a very large bag. The size of this package was perfect!

Excellent Flavor
My fave! I love this flour. Makes the best sourdough pancakes! And sourdough desserts in general! Yummy flavor!

Very happy about the product - Bag was torn, but I think there's an explanation
I think everyone wants to feel like a product is safe when purchased. My grain arrived in an open, torn bag, however it was enclosed within a plastic bag. It could be that since others had the same issue Amazon repackaged within a plastic bag (thank you) or the vendor did so knowing there had been problems. I would suggest the product page highlight this as it appears they understand the paper bag is not sturdy enough therefore expect your grain to be enclosed within a plastic bag. Hopefully the vendor is researching and replacing these paper bags with something more sturdy going forward. I am very happy about finding this organic grain, I have added it to my subscribe and save. I think the price point is good.

Love these!
These wheat berries are incredible and have made some of the best breads, cookies, muffins, etc. I value the fact that they are organic, we have tried the hard white berries from this company and the hard red wheat berries and both provide some of the best breads.
