I returned this product because it was not the color I was expecting so it did not work for me. As you can see from the photos, it is not a crisp white colored frame, but is quite grainy - you can see the wood grain through the light white coat of paint. Very farmhouse-y. The frame is really solid though! Well built and has a good hand feel, if it went with my art then I would have kept it.

The frame is lovely, the mat is beveled really nice, the quality is really nice for the price. However, great disappointment with the packaging of this product. It arrived is a super large box, which I assumed was to protect the product inside. They packed paper and bubble wrap on top of the frame leaving the entire bottom of the box unprotected and no bubble wrap or paper to protect it. Therefore, the frame glass was shattered to pieces with glass shards all over the box. Then when I removed the frame from the box to remove the broken glass, the frame itself came apart as two of the ends were broken as well. Really disappointed that the vendor doesn't bother to wrap its product and no excuse for such sloppy work. That said, Amazon does highlight in yellow that the item is returned often and I should have passed on this right away. However the positive reviews made me order it. Amazon is sending a replacement and if that arrives broken, I will be returning it for a complete refund. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Product Update: Because the frame was lovely, I decided to take a chance with a replacement. The replacement arrived quickly, wrapped well this time to avoid breaking the glass, and looks amazing with my print. I am happy and feel for the price, this is an amazing product. It looks much more expensive on the wall and is well constructed. I'm glad I took a chance with getting a replacement. Definitely recommend this product, esp since the vendor stands by the product.

The matting is very nice. I like that the frame is a nice size and the picture can be a bit smaller. Good quality. I would recommend.

Cheaply made, breaks very easily (corners develop a gap with any handling or moving walls. First one broke while placing the award, replaced under warranty. Second one fell of the wall and shattered into pieces... Not the glass, just the frame. Glass was strong that the frame!

Really great high quality frames! I needed to replace 17yr old frames that had our wedding photos in them and it was way more difficult to find what I needed! I needed frames that were generously sized to take up more wall space yet the photos are only 5x7. These frames offer the “gallery” style I needed and because they are square I can insert photo orientations. The usual rectangle frames dont allow for this unless the mat inside is customized as the frame would need to be turned to the orientation of the photo (horizontal vs vertical) . I need 3 and want them all hung on the same straight line. One negative was that of the 3 1 ordered, the glass on 1 was shattered under the thin layer of bubble wrap it was wrapped in. The positive is that through initiating an Amazon return I was able to select that (1) of the 3 was damaged, request a replacement and throw the damaged one away without returning. Took 5 mins.

The media could not be loaded. 11x14in walnut, 4x6in mat. Great frame at a great price. When you've got something that doesn't require a nicer, custom frame, this walnut frame is a lovely option that looks like it cost far more than its actual price tag. All elements came in excellent condition.
