Lovely and excellent for the price
I'm a recovering keeb weeb so I own and have owned several keyboards. This little keyboard is my absolute favorite, one of the best I've had in a while. I was planning on swapping the switches and keycaps immediately but the keyboard looks, sounds and feels really good stock, so much so that I swapped the switches for some akko bittersweets which I love and decided to swap back to the stock switches. It's just a lovely lil keyboard with no modding. It also survived a 5ft drop unscathed already. Being able to customize the keys with VIA has been super cluch; I needed Home/End buttons so I just used Via to have them be under PageUp/Down if I press FN. Also by default clicking the knob at the top mutes media, so I changed it to pause instead. Overall, love this lil keeb and I'm planning on getting a second one.

At such a great price point, being this great quality is incredible!
I have so many positive things to say about this keyboard. The keycaps have a great jelly feel that aids in the nice deep sound. It was truly plug-and-play and connected very easily; it works equally great on mac or PC. I can't speak on the build quality of the white one since it seems to be a different material, but as far as the pink version, the material feels very high quality and far exceeded my expectations. The volume knob feels solid and works with absolutely no issues. It has an abundant selection of RGB lighting to choose from and they are easy to sift through. The hind legs offer two positions aside from laying the keyboard flat. In my opinion, this doesn't just work as a beginner-friendly mechanical keyboard but can easily be enjoyed by mechanical keyboard enthusiasts. It is easily customizable in terms of switches and kepcaps and the box did include a kepcap remover and a removable carrying loop. The ONLY (and for me it's a minor issue) is that the letters on the kepcaps can be a bit hard to read at night, regardless if the RGB lighting is on or off. This is easily remedied by changing to different keycaps if it truly gets to the point that it bothers you greatly. I am truly so impressed by the build quality, sound, feel, and look of this keyboard, and for this price? It almost feels like we are dealing with robinhood giving us something great for less, just to help us all out lol; because as I am sure you all know, all this tech stuff can get expensive, whether you have a gaming setup or a general desk setup, these hidden gems are always so appreciated. I would buy this many times over without a second thought. (also I am so sorry for all the background noise in the video, I really wanted to show the color settings and sound but I have family over for the holidays)

cute, compact, tiny, cheap
I am typing this review with the keyboard. I like it a lot, I think it's especially nice for the price. The keys are nicely clacky, and they feel good. I bought this keyboard to put some keycaps I bought on the base but I actually like the stock keys more than the ones I bought. Cute, compact, and easy choice as far as price goes. It's tiny which makes it functional for gaming. And, it appears to be quite durable.

Cute. Decent bang for the buck. Carrying strap cosmetic ONLY.
This Womier VK66 Pro is a decent little keyboard, and it's pretty cute. Straight out of the box, it sounds wonderful (sound is subjective, ymmv), especially for the price, and the stabilizers are good quality, with no rattle. The keycaps aren't bad, but I personally hate the legends, both for the ugly font, and the choice to print them in a harsh black - I feel the legends make the keycaps look super cheap, but that's just personal opinion. If I didn't already own a KSNT KN85, I would say this is terrific bang for the buck, although it IS a good mechanical keyboard. The KSNT, however, is a tri-mode, 75% keyboard that costs less with its 10% coupon. In comparison, the KN85 admittedly lacks a knob or carrying strap, and uses proprietary software. The carrying strap on the VK66 Pro is attached via adhesive strip, so I personally won't be trusting it to carry the keyboard. And the KSNT's larger layout makes the software unnecessary for many, if not most, users - although if you prefer a 60% layout, the KSNT isn't even in the running. I could not find any information on polling rate, so that may or may not be competitive vs. the 1000Hz polling rate of the VK66 Pro. I happened to also buy the pink MDA Profile Womier "Jelly" keycap set that is shown in marketing videos - and that is where the keyboard loses a little of its luster. The stock keycaps are dual-layered, and that contributed to a thockier, fuller sound. The jelly keycaps result in a higher pitched sound (still decent, just not near as pleasing), but you also now get hollowness from the cheap plastic keyboard case. One of the benefits of this keyboard not offering tri-mode capability was NOT needing to worry about an internal lithium ion battery becoming a fire hazard, and therefore NOT having to open the keyboard at some point to remove said battery. Except now, I'm going to need to take the keyboard apart ANYWAY, to try to address the hollow case sound. Presumably it's held together with retention clips, which will require some care to prevent damage. The stock POM linear switches feel and sound nice. They have a nice light diffuser, but unfortunately are otherwise opaque. I can't help but wonder, why keyboard manufacturers put clear or mostly clear keycaps on an RGB keyboard, and then opt out of using switches with transparent top housings. I may wind up swapping out the switches at some point solely for that reason. As an FYI, when swapping keycaps, the switches had a decent chance of being pulled from the PCB due to fairly tight stems on the stock keycaps. I haven't dug out VIA yet, but the VK66-Pro does NOT have proper/native VIA compatibility, so you will have to download the .JSON file from Womier's website, launch VIA (desktop software or browser version) and then load the file in VIA's design tab via the upload button. In all, this is not a bad buy for the price, particularly if you're looking for a 60% light weight keyboard with a 1000Hz polling rate. Do be warned, if you are considering buying direct from Womier's website, that you WILL be hit by tariffs. A shame, since I could have saved over $20 buying this keyboard stock with the pink jelly keycaps in the first place. I'm not sure why we lack the option here on Amazon. UPDATE: I have only briefly used the keyboard. I have NEVER tried to carry it by the strap. I've had the keyboard displayed on an IKEA pegboard. Weeks after purchase, the carrying strap just fell off of the keyboard. Having a (weak) adhesive strip to fasten the carry strap to a slippery plastic surface is just a garbage design. The carrying strap should be considered PURELY cosmetic.

Solid keyboard for what you're paying for. Thock
The Womier VK66 Pro keyboard feels amazing to type on. Sound is pleasant to listen to, I feel that it gives a more thocky and quieter sound, as opposed to the clackier sound of my hyperx gaming keyboard that has red linear switches, the gasket makes the typing on the VK6 Pro a more softer experience, and the plastic frame makes the keyboard light for carrying around. The strap is attached by an sticky adhesive strip, so I wouldn't really trust holding it by the strap, looks neat though. The backlights look nice, though they don't really fit with the color scheme that I picked out for my keyboard (green). Only bad I've found so far is that my package came with an extra Enter key that is printed incorrectly lol. Not a big enough problem to knock my rating down to a 4/5, but yea.

Was just looking for a cheap keyboard for uni + coding. I personally don't like it for coding but it's good for uni work. Especially for the price a very good option + looks amazing. The cable also doesn't disturb me.
