I can’t understand this company but the product is ok. Whoever does quality control needs some help - ordered multiple packages of 20 units at different humidity percentages and wound up being shorted on my 55% twenty pack by one 8 gram packet - they replaced it with oddly twenty-one 4 gram packets??? So strange and they take forever to get to you but now I have about 65 extras for the years to come.
