I'm usually too lazy to write product reviews, but I have been motivated to provide feedback for this multivitamin - possibly because it is so effective, and my energy level has picked up! I don't know how much money I have wasted on various supplements and vitamins, but it is tragic! For one reason or another they end up rotting on my shelves for years after I buy them. In contrast, this multivitamin is easy to swallow, doesn't have any unpleasant side effects, and has given me a number of noticeable benefits. Among those are: stronger nails and hair, my skin is brighter and firmer, my immune system is stronger and I sleep better! Overall, this multivitamin adds to my quality of life at 54 - and even has me feeling a few years younger!!

What I most like about Sambugra's Liposomal Multivitamin is that the body can actually digest and use all the vitamins and minerals included in this fantastic vitamin. The liposomal technique helps the vitamins assimilate into your body. I don't like that I have to take two capsules instead of one, but I have noticed a huge difference in my health and energy since I started this particular vitamin. It's a modest price for a month's supply of quality vitamins that can fill the gaps in nutrition that our food doesn't always supply. I'm on my 3rd month and I highly recommend you give it a try.

Good vitamins. I use to buy the hard capsule “name brand” popular vitamins and feel I’m getting more benefit from these. I feel better and have more energy.

I found these vitamins while looking for high absorption, high quality, supplements for women. I've purchased them a few times and they're perfect. There is no smell or taste. I've notices my nails were stronger and I just feel healthier overall when I'm taking them.

First off, no stomach issues at all - which is a big win for anyone who's had trouble with multivitamins in the past. I tried these for 2 months so far. They're not bad. No smell, easy to swallow. I don't know if I feel much different than before I was taking them though.

I love these multivitamins. Love that the ingredients are liposomal for better absorption. They don’t have a bad aftertaste or anything. I haven’t had any issues with the so far, I feel good after taking them and I tend to be pretty sensitive to supplements. The amounts of each vitamin in each capsule is just the right amount. This is a great quality supplement.

I have taken several different Women’s vitamins over the years. The last was Alive Women’s 50+. They were ok BUT did not seem t give me the energy boost I was looking for, and the extra oomph for my hair/skin/nails.. I found these on Amazon, did my homework on the ingredients, was impressed, and decided to try them. WOW! In addition to my hair/nails/skin looking so much healthier, I feel like I have so much more energy. I swear my hair has grown another inch or more since I started taking them. The capsules are easy to take, with no stomach upset. I have a subscription through Amazon and they come on time so I never have to worry about running out. I don’t see me ever ordering any other daily vitamin….I’m a lifer!
