if you haven’t tried to add protein to your breakfast by avoiding fatty foods and you’re not into brain freeze in the morning am not allergic to peanut butter, this is a great cereal, even for those of us who are all allergic to things like pumpkin seeds. Protein cereal has become more popular and you can get fiber too. But can you get protein, fiber, and great tasting cereal all in the same box? Yep and Kashi has been doing it for years. I do have these with high protein Kelloggs flakes when I can get my hands on them. Throw a couple tablespoons of cinnamon all over it add a drizzle of honey, liquid of your choice - delicious and satisfying! How often can you say that about cereal? I have to make myself not skip lunch.

Not disappointed except for box size keeps shrinking

This was so good! We tried it on yogurt, in oatmeal, as a cereal, by the handful- all perfect. My kids even loved it and it added some extra protein to their snacks before sports. Would definitely repurchase.

This is my husband’s favorite cereal and many times it’s sold out or not offered where we shop. I decided to order several boxes and now he doesn’t run out until I can find it again. It has a great taste and I even like to add it to my yogurt as a granola. It’s even good eating dry as a snack.

When they went to the bigger box, the recipe changed and it’s not nearly as peanut butter-y, which is unfortunate. It also has a weird aftertaste. Definitely not as good.
