The "panels" you remove to mount the top bracket to the side of the car - the instructions do not tell you to put it back, but you can and it fits fine. When you install the "feet" where the cargo tie downs are, it has you put the brackets on top of the tie downs. When I did, the cargo loop would not lay flat. I changed it an put the tie downs on top, everything installed just fine and I could lay the loops flat. Bummed that I could not put the cover back on the cargo tie downs - but they did not fit either way. I have a mat in the back that covers them anyway. Review: Strong product! - Very well made! Functional and look great. Exactly what I was looking for to protect the plastic and to add tie down points, in the cargo area. Powder coat had some chips but overall very pleased with the fitment. Like one other reviewer mentioned, the top rear mounts do not have enough bend to mount cleanly without a spacer which is a twenty cent part from the hardware store and totally worth it to me. The instructions do not mention it, and by looking at may of the installation photos many have not tried replacing the plastic panel that you remove to install the top bracket. It fits back on there just fine folks and looks way cleaner when done...with the added bonus that there isn't a cavernous hole into the abyss for you to drop stuff in. I left one star off for the bad instructions, and the fitment of the top rear mount.
