A great little heater. Looks good, it warms the room up in no time.

Absolutely delighted with this heater. It looks great (white). I have it in the bedroom, gives a cosy glow. Good instant heat too. The little legs have three screws that need to screwed in. Frankly the screws don’t seem long enough to me. Rather fiddly. This is my only complaint.

It’s a great little heater than can heat up a room really quickly and looks nice. But mine stopped working exactly on the 2 year mark

UPDATE 19/11/25 After the lights suddenly stopped working, I checked reviews and reviewers were either stating they had thrown away the entire fireplace, as they believed the light bulbs could not be replaced (!) or had successfully replaced the light bulbs. The instruction manual is not clear that the bulbs CAN be replaced, and easily. I contacted Aosom the supplier several times and was eventually advised that the light bulbs CAN be replaced: - Two x G9 25W Halogen bulbs - From the front of the fireplace, on opening the door, simply unscrew the two screws holding down the metal bar that keeps the fake log in place - Lift out the bar and the fake log to reveal the two existing bulbs underneath - Wear medical gloves so that oil from your hands does not get on the new Halogen bulbs which can cause 'hot spots' and shortens the life of the bulbs - GENTLY pull out, horizontally, each existing Halogen bulb. Do NOT twist the bulbs - GENTLY push in, horizontally, each new G9 25W Halogen bulb. Do NOT twist the bulbs - Return the fake log, screw down the metal bar. Fiddly. But just align the screw holes in the fireplace with the screws already in the holes of the bar - just look under the bar to align them - The HOMCOM fireplace does have a label on the rear of the fireplace, AND near the bulbs, advising of G9 25W bulbs. Aosom advised they are Halogen. Model of my fireplace is 820-038. I understand other models can also have the bulbs replaced - best to check with Aosom / HOMCOM. - A pack of two Eveready G9 25W Halogen bulbs cost me just £3.99. They reportedly last circa 2 years. - I have asked Aosom to add that the bulbs CAN be replaced, and what type, and how to, to their sales adverts and instruction manual. Rather than having to search through reviews! Aosom did advise in a reply to an Amazon review that the bulbs CAN be replaced with G9 25W Halogen bulbs - but this was SEVEN YEARS ago. Hope this helps everyone. I LOVE this fireplace and got it so I could have the lovely warm glow of the fake log give a cosy atmosphere in my lounge. I can't believe some buyers were throwing away the entire fireplace when the bulbs CAN be replaced, and easily. _____________________________ Very quick delivery, in time for Christmas 2022! Made of metal with robust plastic feet that are easy to screw on. Stunning faux flame effect where the brightness can be turned up or down. Fan heater is powerful and gives out a lot of heat on either setting, although I bought this electric stove for quick bursts of heat and to watch the faux flames which make the lounge look and feel warmer. Sound of the fan heater is as expected. Not loud. Great price. I understand if the bulbs which give off the faux flames light need replacing they can be. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend both it and the seller. Thank you!

This little electric log burner is amazing for the price. I mostly use mine to bring a cosy, warm and inviting ambiance to my lounge. The colour of the flames is a beautiful rich orange and the led flames are more realistic than most of the more expensive electric fire options. Five stars from me!

Brilliant little heater, looks attractive and very effective. Very happy with it.

Does exactly as stated in description. Good amount of heat (even on the lower setting), auto cut off etc and as you can see the flame effect is pretty darn good, especially with the ability to adjust the brightness. Lovely and compact. Well built. Fan is a little noticeable but nothing too loud. However with the safety instructions of placement (distance away from wall, don’t use extension lead etc) I would have liked a slightly longer power cord, but that just me and the unfortunate placement of the electrical sockets and furniture in my home! Easy to install the legs, easy use and having all switches and dials nicely hidden is appreciated. Easy recommendation from me, as pretty darn nice for the price.
