Really handy tool

I bought this product with a lot of expectations but it's a very low-quality product. It stopped working in under a month. I mailed the Roborock guys and they said 'The seller has to provide the warranty...' The seller doesn't pick the phone. Basically, they don't care. Regretting this purchase. Money down the drain.

Arrived with dead battery. Unable to charge or turn on.

2 weeks ago bought the Roborock Dyad Pro, a wet and dry vacuum cleaner (model WD2H1A), and am thoroughly impressed. Item arrived promptly within 4 days from Amazon, as promised. Initially, was a bit concerned because item's shipped image differed when item was in shipping, but upon delivery, I received the exact product, brand new and neatly packed. The vacuum cleaner has good quality plastic, a comfortable weight, and operates at moderate noise level. User manual is straightforward and clear, easy for setup. All parts are easy to remove, clean and refill. A standout feature is the Wi-Fi connectivity—once connected, it automatically updated software, like an iPhone app. I've used the Roborock Dyad Pro for two cleaning cycles now and am sharing my experience: it's cordless with approx 50 minutes of working time on auto mode. The dirt detection is quite accurate, and it vacuums and mops simultaneously. I cleaned my 1200 sq. ft. floor house in 40 minutes with 10% charge remaining. Recharging took 3.5 hours to reach full capacity. Happy with this purchase, especially after choosing it over vacuum-only or wet-only cleaners from other brands like dyson etc. If it continues working well, I may consider buying another for my sister. Hope company could consider gifting me another unit of this fantastic product based on this true and detailed user review.
