I like that they're easy to swallow and have many beneficial herbs with no fillers. Great value. My body feels better in the short amount of time I've been taking them. I haven't had a change in BM yet but I'm still using miralax so that could be why. I thought I had to take it with meals but I'm not seeing that on this bottle so I'll be taking it before bed. I hope it isn't long before I can quit the miralax. I have noticed I've been wanting to eat more since I started taking them IDK if they're the cause, I am going to look up and learn more about these herbs. I enjoy the quality and value this company gives so much so I order my shilajit from them not as well. Thank you D keep producing.

I’ve only been taking this for the last 4 days and seems to have no affect in body. Hopefully it’s doing the cleanse it promises. One small pill daily no taste or anything. Quality appears weak based on the internet searches I’ve done. Apparently you SHOULD see or feel a difference so I might take double dose after the first week to see if anything changes. Mood has stayed the same. I’ll update after 3 weeks of use.

I've been taking this for awhile now. I do all kinds off cleanses for heavy metal detox, bacteria and parasitic. It's all related. The trick is blitz, blitz, blitz. You wanna start at full moon and I take like 3 or 4 of these pills day for a week straight. I am not allergic to them and I take it while taking the ivermectin and eating pumpkin seeds. I'll max. out for a week taking a binder like activated charcoal or a little 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda a couple hours later or a different time so I don't binder my detox agent. The trick is to blitz but no get sick. Sometimes you'll get weird skin conditions and if you need to taper back do it, but for me that just tells me that the way them came in is the way they are going to leave.
